I'm Lee, it's great to meet you. If you're anything like me, you know the drill: prioritising feels impossible, you forget things that really matter, and structure slips away no matter how hard you try. Maybe it's ADHD. Maybe it's something else. Either way, it's exhausting trying to fit into a neurotypical world.

I lived that for years, the frustration from people who didn't get it, the feeling of always being watched and always falling short.
