It helps to include what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead — plus your device (iPhone, Watch, iPad, Mac or web) and a screenshot if you have one.

Quick answers.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they're managed in your App Store settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone). "Restore purchases" in the app reconnects an existing subscription on a new device.

Refunds

App Store purchases are refunded by Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Notifications not arriving

Check the app's notification permission in your device Settings, and that your One Thing's nudge mode isn't set to Trust (no nudges).

Delete your account

Any time, from Settings in the app or your profile on the web. It's immediate and permanent.

Your data — what we hold and why is in the Privacy Policy; the rules of the road are in the Terms. You can export your data or delete your account yourself from your profile page in the app; other data requests (correction, restriction) go to the same support address.
